As a company policy, we do not provide an exchange, refunds or returns on any product once sold.
Can I cancel my order?
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please call us on 7400331360 or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Chullbull Pet Products and accept The Chullbull Pet Products decision regarding the cancellation.
Can I exchange a part of my order?
No. We currently do not have an exchange policy in place.
